I had a wonderful time here, especially enjoying the super comfy bed and the cozy fireplace that made my nights feel special. Relaxing in the indoor pool and unwinding in the sauna were perfect ways to recharge after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, I noticed a small stain in the bathtub, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience! 😊

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We loved exploring the stunning natural beauty at Lake Louise and the excitement of the Banff Gondola. The cozy room made our stay even better. Just a heads up, parking is an extra fee, and breakfast is not included.
We were a bit caught off guard when breakfast, which we thought was included, turned out to be extra. Definitely check for breakfast vouchers on check-in!

Our stay was enjoyable, although the
room size felt a bit cramped for my family. The location was fantastic, as we were close to local attractions. The staff were attentive, but we experienced some delays during check-in which was a bit frustrating.

Family getaway worth the memories!
Had a fantastic stay with my family! The pool was a perfect escape for the kids, hot tub was our hangout for hours while they splashed around. Really loved how we could just step outside onto the roof while enjoying the peaceful view. Honestly, it was an incredible experience!
Wasn't exactly inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

The layout of the bathrooms was a game-changer for our group. Comfortable beds ensured we slept well after long days exploring.
The noise from nearby rooms was a bit distracting at times.

A fireplace that warms the heart
My stay was made memorable by the cozy fireplace—waking up to its gentle glow created a serene atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, I faced confusion regarding breakfast options. I was accustomed to complimentary meals, but learned I had to pay extra for breakfast here, which was unexpected.

The lodge is the ideal spot for family vacations, with cozy rooms and a lovely pool that the kids enjoyed. Being so close to town let us explore various attractions and dining options easily. The welcoming atmosphere made our stay with colleagues even better, fostering laughter and shared moments over hot chocolate by the fireplace.
In my wife’s opinion, additional hooks for hanging clothes would be great for families.

The suite was exceptionally clean and featured one of the comfiest beds I've experienced in years. A heated parking garage added convenience, and the local food scene was just a short walk away. However, the tea and coffee options in the room were disappointing, and I found the breakfast staff a bit rushed, making me uncomfortable. Additional improvements could be made to the quality of in-room refreshments.
